I design the tools Moniepoint runs on inside: the ones compliance analysts use to find fraud, trace money and keep a regulated business on the right side of the law. Nobody downloads these from an app store, and they are where the hardest problems are.
Moniepoint's first AI experience
I designed the company's first AI-powered case resolution system. The whole compliance team now works in it: analyst errors fell by 35% and cases close 25% faster.
Seeing the money move
I redesigned the investigation dashboard so analysts can trace fund movements and map how accounts connect at a glance, replacing manual work (investigations take 60% less time). Then the Customer Risk Assessment dashboard: every high-risk customer in one view with a clear way to resolve each case, which made Moniepoint fully regulatory compliant and halved resolution time.
